Return Policy

At Simply Kaitlyn Creations, we maintain a clear and concise return policy to ensure transparency and understanding for our customers. It is important to note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. This policy is in place to uphold the integrity of our custom-made products.

In the event that an item is lost or damaged during transit, we are committed to providing a resolution. Customers are encouraged to contact us promptly if they experience any issues with their order. To facilitate the replacement process for damaged items, we require photographic evidence. Specifically, we ask for images of the damaged item, as well as photographs of both the inside and outside of the package in which it was delivered. This documentation is essential for us to process a claim with the mail carrier as all packages are insured.
